Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders require 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) to be processed, quality-checked, and packaged before they are dispatched. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Time & Costs

We offer Free Shipping on all orders. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, severe weather, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 1 to 3 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at support@nyxelis.shop within 1 to 2 hours of placing it. Once an order enters the processing or shipping phase, it cannot be modified or canceled.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, the customer is fully responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their local government upon arrival.
